How do I contact KrinklesOnline.com?
You can reach us during regular business hours at 901-323-2662, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. If you need to reach us after this time, please leave a message in our customer service mailbox or email us at info@krinklesonline.com. Someone will get back to you as soon as possible.

Is your Website secure?
Yes, when you go to secure checkout, you’ll be in Mind Over Data’s Verisign secured shopping cart. You can verify this by the Verisign seal at the bottom of the shopping cart page. You can click on the seal to verify that the certificate is valid. We use a 40-Bit SSL certificate to ensure your data is secure during transmission. Once we have processed the transaction your credit card information is deleted from the database, so no credit card data is stored long term.

Do you accept telephone orders?
We encourage you to place orders via our secure server online, however, we would be happy to take your order over the phone if you are having difficulties. Simply contact Customer Service via phone directly at 901-323-2662 during regular business hours 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Central Standard Time), Monday through Friday. If you need to reach us after this time, please leave our customer service mailbox a message or simply e-mail us at info@krinklesonline.com. Someone will get back to you as soon as possible.

What is your product availability?
We make every effort to keep products in stock or ensure a reliable supply from the manufacturers. The availability of each is noted within the product description whenever possible. Occasionally, however, we may take your order and then discover that the product is not available for shipping, in which case, we will notify you via e-mail that it is on back order. At this time you may confirm that you would still like to receive the shipment.

Does KrinklesOnline charge sales tax?
KrinklesOnline.com has offices in Tennessee and is therefore required by state law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to residents of that state.

How do I know if the item is in stock?
If you would like to know if an item is in stock, you may email or call us. We will make every attempt to answer any questions you have in a timely manner. You may Pre-Order some of our more popular or new items to ensure receipt. We will give a general ship date – this date is given to us by Department 56 and is NOT guaranteed.

What does "Scheduled Delivery" mean?
This is the date Department 56 gives us for delivery of an item to our store. They do NOT gaurantee this date and Krinkles Online has not control over their delivery schedule. We will contact Department 56 if an item is later than 2 weeks past "Scheduled Delivery". We will contact customers with updated information as we receive it. We appreciate your patience on this matter, particularly with new introductions.

How does a Pre-Order work?
If an item is on Pre-Order it means we have that item on order for a future release. You may Pre-Order the item to secure having it when it is released. Note that you will be billed for the item at time of order, even though the item may not come in for several months. Pre-Orders cannot be cancelled without incurring a 25% restocking charge.

When will my order ship?
If an item is in stock it will usually ship within 1-2 business days. We make every effort to process, package and ship the same day your order is placed. If you purchase both in stock items and Pre-Order items, we will ship the items separately, unless the Pre-Order items are due in our store within two weeks.
We offer three shipping options for delivery within the USA, standard, Priority and Overnight. We ship all packages via United Parcel Service, RPS(Fed Ex Ground) or USPS. Orders placed over the weekend ship on Monday. If you need Saturday or weekend delivery please call to discuss your options. Note: Items ordered together may not be shipped together. We will notify you if any item cannot be shipped within 30 days, and you will be given an option to cancel your order. Shipping costs are calculated according to total price of item - click shipping icon for more information.

Can KrinklesOnline send gifts to a different “ship to” address?
Yes, we can ship to multiple addresses. Please follow the directions at check out.

What kind of gift services does KrinklesOnline.com offer?
We are happy to gift wrap your purchase for an additional charge of $5.00. We will be happy to include a handwritten Gift Card at no extra charge – please type your message in the space allowed. If your order is a gift, please be sure to include the proper Ship To address.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost is determined at checkout based on the cost of items purchased. Certain items carry a Special Shipping charge – these are generally very oversized or very heavy. See the chart below for specific costs.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we can ship internationally. Please contact us prior to purchase for details and rates.

Do you accept Rush Orders?
We treat all orders as rush orders and make every attempt to ship your order the day it is placed. There is no extra charge for this – we know you want your Krinkles ASAP!

What if an item I received is damaged?
Contact us immediately via email. We will make every attempt to resend the item at our expense. Make sure you describe the extent of the damage and whether or not the shipping box, (the box the items were in) has noticeable damage. We may need to file a claim, so please hold on the items and all the packing materials including the box for 5 working days, in that time a representative may come out to inspect the package for damages, and may take the package with them. Once we have a resolution, we can either re-ship you a new item or give you a refund depending on your preference and availability of that item.

What Should I do if the item is missing?
Make sure you contact us immediately or within 3working days, you may do so via email at info@krinklesonline.com or via phone at 901-323-2662. If the item is in stock we will ship it out right away or give you a refund for the missing item.

The item I bought doesn’t look like it did on the Website.
We provide the best possible image and describe each item with all the information we have on the product. Not all computer monitors are calibrated equally and there may be a color difference in your monitor. If you are unsure of a color please feel free to contact us via email. Also, Department 56 photographs the prototype of many of their items – this means the finished product may look slightly different from the original photo.

How can I check the delivery status of my order?
We will notify you via email at the time we process your order and again when we ship your order.

What is your return policy?
If you are not fully satisfied with an item and wish to return or exchange it, just replace the gift in its original packaging and follow these simple steps: Contact our customer service department at 901-323-2662, Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Central Standard Time) or e-mail us at info@krinklesonline.com with the following information:
1. Your name
2. Reason for return
3. Order number
4. Request for refund or exchange.
Merchandise must be returned with original packaging and/or tags intact to ensure complete credit. We will issue a full refund for the price of any product you return if it meets the above conditions. All sales become final after 30 days. Please ship and return to:

What can I do to enhance my image quality?
Our ustomers have told us that when viewing our site (and others) through AOL, that images may appear slightly distorted. These images look this way only when viewed from AOL’s built-in browser, but are fine when viewed from any other browser. Our site is best viewed with Internet Explorer 7.0
